What is BS EN 1906?
BSEN is a European Standard for any handles that operate on spindle devices such as lever handles and latch locks. It further specifies how these products are tested, fastened, the require torques for operation, safety and other factors. Used for lever handles operating a latch and having a handle rose, it is the current standard that also specifies four categories of use according to frequency and other conditions of use. lever handles have passed Grade 4 Category of Use under this standard.

A range of handles are offered that benefit from high use testing, fire resistance and high quality materials and finishes. These include, Silver or natural anodised, Champagne, Brass, Bronze or Bark bronze. A full range of polyester powder coated finishes is also available to the industry recognised RAL range as well. Handle fixings are available in either satin, matt, polished metal as well as a durable PVD coating.

The Premium Series Lever Handle is designed for heavy duty doors that are in constant use in commercial buildings. Tested to 2 million successful cycles, it features minimal projection on the handle roses, very high quality durable finish and the innovative click and go technology.
This premium door handle is specially designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding project briefs and specifications including hospital, braille, fire rating and compliance to BS EN 1634-1 and BS EN179. The lever handle is also available in straight or cranked options.
Plus Series Lever Handle
The Plus Series Lever handle is ideal for narrow stile aluminium doors, wooden doors or other metal doors. or timber doors. Available in high quality satin stainless steel or high grade aluminium it has a classic design and comfort in use.
